Permitted Use
Our services are intended for legitimate advertisers, agencies, offer owners, media buyers, and operators using advertising infrastructure to promote lawful products, services, or offers.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns, creatives, landing pages, claims, tracking, funnels, and offers comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
Prohibited Use
You may not use VanguardAdSystems services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- scams, phishing, impersonation, or credential theft
- malware, spyware, wallet-draining, or unauthorized access tools
- stolen payment methods or unauthorized billing
- counterfeit goods or misleading financial claims
- false identity, fake business information, or forged documents
- content that violates applicable laws or creates serious platform risk
- activity intended to intentionally harm platforms, users, clients, or third parties
Aggressive Verticals
We may support advertisers in competitive or aggressive verticals, but this does not mean we permit illegal activity, fraud, or intentionally deceptive practices. All clients remain responsible for their own compliance and advertising behavior.
Infrastructure Misuse
You may not resell, transfer, abuse, overload, share, or misuse accounts, profiles, pages, proxies, browsers, or any infrastructure provided without permission.
Enforcement
We may reject, suspend, or terminate any client or campaign that violates this policy or creates unacceptable legal, financial, reputational, or operational risk.
Updates
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
