VanguardAdSystems provides access to agency-grade advertising infrastructure, including high-end agency accounts, discounted spend arrangements, onboarding support, replacement support, and operational assistance for eligible clients.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for serious advertisers, agencies, media buyers, affiliate teams, and business operators. We may accept, reject, pause, or terminate service at our discretion.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for the products, services, offers, creatives, landing pages, claims, compliance, and advertising activity you run through any account or infrastructure provided. You agree not to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Platform Rules
You acknowledge that advertising platforms may review, restrict, suspend, or disable accounts, assets, campaigns, or Business Managers. VanguardAdSystems is not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok, or any advertising platform and does not control their decisions.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee campaign approvals, account permanence, advertising performance, profitability, revenue, or platform outcomes. Our role is to provide infrastructure, access, support, and operational assistance.
Payments and Balances
Clients may be required to maintain balances for ad spend, top-ups, service fees, or infrastructure-related costs. Any spend deployed into advertising platforms is considered used once spent.
Replacements and Support
Where applicable, VanguardAdSystems may provide replacement support for accounts, profiles, pages, or related assets. Replacement timelines are estimates and may vary depending on availability, platform conditions, client vertical, and operational load.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to abuse, resell, reverse-engineer, exploit, misrepresent, or misuse any infrastructure, accounts, processes, or access provided by VanguardAdSystems.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if we detect misuse, non-payment, abusive conduct, illegal activity, or activity that creates unacceptable operational risk.
Limitation of Liability
VanguardAdSystems is not liable for lost profits, rejected ads, disabled accounts, platform enforcement actions, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from your advertising activity or third-party platform decisions.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
